
I've decided that I dont stick to the plan for each individual day so I am just doing things that I have on hand and that I can make so that I have an idea of what to cook. The biggest thing for me is having a plan so that I don't eat out or pick something up when I dont need to.
Breakfasts:
Scrambled eggs and cheese
Egg and cheese sandwiches
Granola Cereal with raisins
Lunches:
Beef manicotti
Chicken mixture with brown rice and sweet and sour sauce
hamburger and baked beans
Dinner:
Beef manicotti
Chicken mixture with brown rice and sweet and sour sauce
Grilled cheese
Scrambled eggs
Snacks:
Jello
chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting
pretzels
