Granola cereal
egg and cheese burrito
scrambled eggs
egg and cheese sandwhiches
biscuits
Lunches:
pb&j
honey ham cheese and mustard sandwhiches
homemade vegetable soup( recipe to be posted later on my workout blog)
potato- ground beef bake(recipe posted with pics later in week on my workout blog)
baked potato
Dinners:
Frozen dinner( mac and cheese) on way to airport friday
homemade veggie soup and biscuits
poatato - ground beef bake with biscuits
honey ham egg and cheese omlet
Snacks:
apples
carrots and light ranch
pretzel sticks
